i was wondering about those, seeing as heater cor should be copper might be better to use these than brass.

as they are only flanged at one end, have you ever had the hose slip off under pressure? i doubt it but you never know.

also worked out a way to just use 1/2 inch for the pipes, no need to muck around with reducers, so should be a $10 fix all up yay!
