You can also see some of the "dogs breakfast" wiring that I'm in the process of tidying up :)

Spent some time tonight getting my head around the wiring. The grand plan is to tidy up the engine bay.. here's a pic with some of it ALREADY improved. Scary eh?

This is one of the worst areas of wiring... bit of a shamozzle!

Anyway bit by bit I'm upgrading everything to proper waterproof connectors, heatshrinking everything, and hiding the ugliest parts of the wiring. Certainly no show car, but will be a vast improvement!

New Tial wastegate arrived finally :)

For anyone interseted this is the new model - watercooled, heat shielded, and way more compact than the old ones.

Progress! New manifold is basically finished, needs to be faced & painted but otherwise it's all good.

Dump should be done in the next couple of days.

Pic of manifold. Will upload pic with turbo fitted later when I have one.

Also y'all may be surprised with the amount of of room in the 120Y engine bay, especially 1200 owners!

I think you mean the compressor housing :)

The turbo is a T58, it's rated at 550hp but realistically with that exhaust housing I think it will be limited to more like 450hp... either way it will be good for the 330rwhp I'm after and hopefully provide strong response with the small rear.
