I have my Datsun 120Y for sale
This is a fully modified car that owes me big $$$, I'm looking for a swap as I have lost interest in going fast due to a 4x4 addiction. It's a 4 door, british racing green sedan with a cream vinyl roof
the car: its a 1978 120Y running a L20B, just rebuilt with an oversized bore and decomp pistons making it a 2.4, it has a t03 turbo with custom made inlet and exhaust manifold running into a 3 inch dump with a 2 1/4 inch exhaust. the motor has done 100km since rebuild and has 80lb double valve springs from crow cams, otherwise the motor is untouched except all wearing parts have been replaced and the block and corresponding parts have been serviced by Lonsdale Engine Worx. It runs a single side draught 45mm weber with a locked dizzy. All it needs is a tune (which I will be doing in the next few weeks with dyno read out of power), I have installed an electronic timing contoller; which graphs load vs timing vs rpm electronically which makes for a smooth power band. This also eliminates any timing issues when trying to start a suck through turbo setup as timing for start is set and changes once the car is idling and during different loads ie a hill or temperature change.
The other cool bits:
Brakes: Front: it runs R31 front brakes made custon by Datsport
Rear: Has Z31 rotors, vented, with R31 callipers
Suspension: Front has R31 custom coil overs as done by Datsport, 180B sway bar, 180B lower control arms, 180B radius rods,new bushes all round. The rear has VS commodore shockers installed. Brake master is commodore too.(dont give me crap for having commodore parts on it)
Driveline: Runs a SSS dogleg 5 speed gearbox, with a exedy heavy duty clutch. Custom tail shaft made by datsport. Shortened datsun 620 ute diff (H190) 23 spline, alloy housing running 4.6:1 ratio gears. Awesome for quick take offs and instant boost.
Also has Recaro adjustable backing seats that are very comfy and set back 4 inches on original rails.

I'm not after cash for this car but rather a swap, I dont want to exit the Datsun world forever but I would rather own a relatively stock 1200, 1000, 180B, 1600 but no utes (im too tall). I want something very tidy otherwise its cash my way in the swap.
