finally been getting some work done on this beast this week, woohoo

mucked around with the engine mounting and gearbox for a day andnow im happy with the way the engine is sitting

got the ecu and associated bits mounted and sorted the engine bay wiring, tomorrow is integrating thatninto the dat loom

im up to my fourth radiator and still not happy with the way any of them fit

got quite a few things left but starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel

so most things are getting there, have four or five welding jobs which are holding me back... otherwise most things getting close

waiting for next intercooler to be sent, they sent the wrong one, gone for a tiny one that fits the area of airflow without hacking any apron away

love the radiator- reckon it will keep the ca cool enough?

looks like some scuttle rust under your windscreen from the pic of your clutch master too.

hope thats one of the welding jobs.

looks like its coming along nicely.

got my rear seat back, bro-in-law re-trimmed it for me

beuatiful, added some shape with foam and matched to front seat pattern

we found a place that sells recaro seat material, so we used that to give it the same material as front seats too

unfortunately missus has camera so photos come later

great job. does he do it as work or just hobby? its hard to get those crease lines like he has there, near where the grey meets the black where the headrest area is.

he's a wetsuit maker, took him a while to do it, but he does awesome stuff

he isnt keen on doing lots cause its just in his spare time

seat needs to be sat on a couple of times just to smooth it out

dont want mine done- seat cover coevrsit all up nicely. i helped the guy who did my mini back in 1996- its a pita to get those nice creases, especially matching any grooves in the foam and material to the front seats.

he did a great job on those. cant wait to see this thing ona cruise one day- about the same time i make it out again probably.
