Pretty sure you could both work something out just get it out of the owners hands and in to both your trust worthy hands. IT look like it was painted the day before auction with a few cans of export silver and export black. So in my view it would be a project car to tear down and strip to bare metal in which case the front screen would need to come out to be done properly so sell that to cemax and a coupe only needs one set of tail lights so theres ya tail lights and then you both have a win. I have no bearing over who he sells the car to regardless of the deal we made. So once told it was definately going to buzbox for $350 all I wanted was the truth.
As stated earlier he was honest in the end and said he agreed that we made a deal, agreed it was before the car was sold on ebay to buzbox, and agreed he did all of this with intent of trying to get more money.
In the end I was just happy for him to openly admit that he was, and I quote 'A greedy cunt that just wanted the extra money'

The seller clearly told buzbox a story or two. If he conspired with the seller in aquiring the car for a larger sum of money that's buzbox's knowledge not mine.

i have not conspired with any one his wife or girlfriend was on phone saying it was all a mistake and wast meant
to be buy it now was a starting bid and wanted me to cancel my bid to witch i didnt want to she said you know its worth more
and how much #OOPS# she was in with jason at no time did i know you existed till a mate phoned me and said about on here

all jason told me was he had a guy look at it and wanted windscreen and lights and he would give me there number
at no time would i try to go over the top off some one else i have had it happen to me and it pisses me off
i to feel i have been scammed now and will be saying something once i pick it up

if you still want windscreen you are welcome to it i have 2 here and lights i have few sets
more than happy to help out were i can we have both been conned
i have now hard feeling towards cemax as he was in same boat as me
