I have had lots of different ones over the years and found one of the best ones on a 1200 was the 28/32 off an early model GT Cortina.
Had one similar to that years ogo and was told it was off a Citron

well since we had no power today.....short circuited the power board...duno how

so whist we waited for the electrician i unscrewed n removed the tailights....no rust on the mounts n only minor rust around the outside.

and removed all front chrome and headlights and also the side indicators.

Tomorrow will be removing more stuff just the mozzies got too much to handle!!!!

it seems as though she has rolled into something n the front with all the damage to the chrome...not serious but makes it obvious, and need a new front apron and rad support..they are all damaged.

But that said they can all be replaced!!!!

went back to work after lunch, and we unbolted the front seats and started to unbolt the dash........the screw holding the earthing wire...can't remember for what though atm, is done soooooooooooooooooooo tight that at this point neither myself or luk could unscrew it. and its screwed into the dsh on the pass. side. took the ignition barrel off, found a small patch on the driver side floor that will need a plate welded in but its so tiny so thats a good thing at least!!!

and after that we called it a day as i know have to go and do sum study for uni........yay!
