bit of an update,
has been a LONG time since anything big has happened on the car, but finished off the last bit of body stuff and then after waiting about 3 months for the panel shop to be ready to take the car in, its FINALLY there thou work is still going slow on it there too :(

car as it sits getting prepped for paint hopefully not long keen to finish this thing now

Nah not sleeved, I just had the diff on a jig and 'v'ed the tubes then butt welded them together.
Yeah the track rods were all made in the garage :)

update.
so after a lot of back and forth to the panel shop hassling, some work finally got done and finished so i was able to bring it home.

Looks like it's well worth the wait. I just fitted new tailights today as well. Cheap thai parts. I wound up just using the lenses and bulbs and not using the housing, rubber, or chrome cover. And one of the bulbs even came faulty! Oh well guess I can't complain for the $$ I paid. Lesson learnt. Pay extra for genuine parts.

Been a bit lazy on the updates
alot has happened since the last thou doesnt look like much its all the small fiddle stuff, am finally feeling like its on the downhill slope to it being finished just a matter of tracking down parts and bolting everything back together

here a few pics just up to date, hopefully by next update motor will be in and ill roll it intot he sun and get some proper pics
