Anyone do Windscreen visors for 1200

I know they do mesh ones but does anyone know where I can get a solid one like an original one. Or could a mesh one be pulled apart and made into a solid one. Second hand would be okay to if in reasonable condition. Let me know if you guys know anything.

I don't think Datsun ever made them (as in factory fitted), but dealers in Australia probably had them made locally and fitted at the dealerships much like vinyl tops and venetian blinds!

There is a guy that makes them in South Aus but I can't remember his details. I have made a couple of mock 'brims' for my 1000 but haven't completely resolved the design and fixing of it.

We can make one in steel if you can send an original mesh one for us to copy.We can re use the fittings and trim.
