GPS - heaps around but a cheapish good one is the Garmin PGS12XL Global Positioning System tells accurate speed in Miles or Kph and a few other units of measure too for that matter.
They are about $400 from your local fishing shop, they have a map and track log too so you can use it to time journeys etc
Think they come with a in car/boat mount as well.
