Just want to no which club you guys reccomend for getting historic reg

Try PIARC, I am not a member but have heard good things.

Or start your own club, thats what I did.

I hear piarc are good but you may have to Attend meetings and events with done clubs. Ndsoc I think have pre requisites etc

I was on it and will be again shortly with new car. I also heard ncca (Nissan.car club.aust) aren't too bad.
You want a club with a scrutineer that can sign off on your car for Vic roads instead of being reamed for a roadworthy like I will be in our fair state.

Yeah well im fixing yhe car to a roadworthy state then getting a roady then going to club reg. No idea about this stuff

start here.... look,for a club that suits your car and your interest.

The car needs to be safe for the road and its not a permit to go ripping up the streets like a tool. You get busted its not only you that might loose your club permit but the club can loose its Vic roads accreditation then you will have a club full of people pi$$ed at you cause their plates will be revoked too.

I set my club up to be club scrutineered rather than full rwc.

Unfortunately with the new system a lot of clubs seem to be cracking down on new members just signing up for club permits.
There seems to be a lot of requirements new members have to satisfy.

Can we join your club then? Can pay in beer or burboun?

I will have to check with the secretary how many members we are at.
If we end up with too many we have to pay more for our CAMS affilliation and I don't know if current membership fees will cover it.

Btw I am the scrutineer and I am very strict on safety issues, but not too strict on noise, ride height etc
