Hi All,
Just wondering weather any of you can help me.
I'm trying to get a new idler arm for my 85 1200 Ute, I've seen a few on eBay but they say they are for years 74-78.
All this fit on my 85 ute?
Thanks

Don't bother with a new idler arm -- all that's needed is the bushings. Fits all years 1200. Less than $10.

See http://datsun1200.com/modules/mediawi ... p?title=Idler_Arm#Bushing

I got polyurethane ones through Bursons about a month ago (bit dearer than $10).

They are Super Pro part number SPF0602K.

Hope that helps

ODA70 thanks for asking...I'm still not ready for the road 😪 but have got wiring pretty much done and trying to start engine up at the moment. Any microtech experts out there drop me a PM. Got fuel but not getting spark at the coil packs. Seems like the ECU is not triggering them! So close yet so far away.
