Ok guys , i went looking for pics of the rear view from a 6 round tail light model , and i included some of the pointed nose pics too. Keep in mind , the 4 doors also had the pointed nose here , although i saw a view 4 door flat nose datsun y's here too , enjoy the pic's. Note the one pic with the 6 round light model next to the general one found in the uk , mexico and us i think ?

Great looking GB210! Round taillights were used on L14/L16 coupes in all countries that sold them. The A-powered coupes came with rectangular lights in the very same countries.

Well since switching back to petrol Ive been driving around without a fuel gauge and figure I should probably do something about it before I start cruising more Ive fitted a standard 120y tank and sender back in and the factory wiring is still there so just wondering if anyone knows the wire color for the sender? Or has a wiring diagram for it?

Hi all,

This is my 1975 120y it has done original 89,000 k's. great car and i love driving it, I want to keep it as original has possible but give it a little more power. I was thinking extractors with sports exhaust and a weber carb. Any thoughts ?

That beautiful datto looks completely stock. Dont go looking for ways to add power. Its fine just as it is with the a12 engine.Quote:

thats a nice looking 120y Jamesrww. i think it depends on how stock you wanna be the a12 is a good motor and you can do some internal work like port and polish, cam grind shave head for compression boost and itl still look stock on the outside.
exhausts can make a good differance to the performance of a motor but itl loose its stock look a little.

$1000 spent on an A12 can result in 10 extra HP if you rev it to 7000 rpm. Or swap a good used A14 in for an instant 15 HP upgrade.

The classic car model is fantastic, but I think the work done on it is not great. It could have looked better without these paint experiments.
