b310 axle with lsd

hi guys.. im a newbee from malaysia. i had my 1st b310 10 years back. thn was driving bmw e30. due to my love on datsun, i have recently purchased b310 again.

i have an idea to take out the lsd (just the LSD) from s13 ca18det and mod into b310 axle housing.. of course with modification... is it possible?

please advice..

Not possible. The S13 unit is too big to fit into the H150 assembly. But you could fit a an S110 complete axle assembly. LSD units are available for that.

The S110 axle is a bolt-in for the B310. I imagine the C22 would not be, but could be modified to work if the width is close.

thanks mate. if i managed to get the s110 axle, does the lsd unit need to be services? due to the age...

No Datsuns came with factory LSD, but some Nissan's did. In any case, LSD may be fitted to any Datsun. See LSD.

as per the seller, its from 200sx / s110. But my bad luck, it was taken by someone before i return from bank ATM.
