Got ya.. all makes sence now. was mis informed by someone cool so just have to the alternator pulley and be good to go

Got it fitted.. i think i need a spacer or something on the crank pulley to line it up better at the moment it wants to slip off the crank pulley..yes belt is tight but its not all straight. what have people done in the past fitting these kits

show pic of your setup,i think you don't have the alternator pulley lined correctly .

alternator is sitting too far forward, space it back till it lines up with crank pulley

hmm thats going to be tricky as the alternator drops into the mounting bracket the belt looks twisted but is tight and drifts that way when running any sugestions how to do the alternator?
