I believe 1200 seats will bolt into a 120Y, using either 1200 or 120Y rails. Since you have the seats, let use know if that is true.

Yeah I would have thought they would be the same except for rails as the passanger floor on the y is stepped down for gearbox clearance. Might start a separate post to see if anyone knows before I commit to buying them.

Those autotechnica seats actually look pretty good Mick will be interested to see how they fit in the coupe.

i put some 180b seats in my sedan, easy fit just needed to make up some offset tabs for one rail (180b wider,i used the 120y rails). much better than the stock ones that were in there, end up sitting lower and can go back further which was a plus for me. bit tight clearance wise near the auto belt thing. i can take some photos if you would like.

edit: sorry they may of been 200b seats, hmm also may of been a sss option cant remember

Seats
Mount

google says they are 200b gx

Haha you know all the girls will be after me when this chick magnet is on the road . Still not sure which direction to head with seats at the moment anything aftermarket or from another datsun is going to have to be modified to fit due to the uneven rails on the passenger side. I want to try and keep the interior as stock looking as possible so may end up getting the current seats re trimmed there not that bad so could hide with seat covers for now just a few tares in the sides of the vinyl.

Ah ok I thought all late model y's were like that as the floor had to be modified quite a bit to get the honda seats in my sedan. Will pull passenger seat out on the weekend and have a look. Im keen to get these seats trimmed as I know they fit and look original just the cash to do them could be better spent elsewhere on the car at the moment.
