http://stlouis.craigslist.org/cto/5648965058.htmlQuote: SCCA Datsun 1200 GTLite race car. 1200cc full race engine with JB Racing cylinder head. Full 8-point roll cage. Race tuned EFI. [The EFI and the cylinder head are worth more than the race car price.]
Two sets of aluminum race wheels and race tires. Spares. Upgraded 60-series 4-speed (almost unbreakable compared to the original type.) Upgraded H190 rear end available in a variety of ratios (from Datsun Roadsters). Fiberglass fenders; air dam and quarter panels (but can have the steel panels put back on).
Engine with fresh bearing this past winter. Strong power and strong oil pressure. Racing gated oil pan and Accusump.
Tilton triple master cylinder brake/clutch setup.
Painted white but it is a plain, "10 foot" paint job, done by a local driver. Looks OK but would look much nicer with a professional paint job.
Also races in vintage racing sanctioning bodies and can run SCCA Solo (DP class). You could run 15 weekends in St. Louis SCCA alone.
I HAD to put something in the "Title Status" section. It is a race car with no title, but it has the correct SCCA logbook matching the number stamped in the roll bar.
MORE photos are available. Solid chassis that has been a race car for decades and decades. Peter
