Good afternoon Gentlemen,
I recently bought a S14 SR20DE for my 1200 coupe and I am having a lot of drama finding a wiring diagram for the engine loom. I can find plenty of turbo diagrams and KA diagrams but no luck with ones for DE.
Thanks in advance for any help!

N-VCT is simple. The ECU sends a signal to it to retard the intake cam at a certain RPM. You can replace that with a toggle switch on the dash. There's only one wire on the VCT, and it's normally connected to a certain ECU pin
S14 with VCT only came in Japan (S14 black top)? If so you won't find English wiring diagrams

Some forums say:
S14 ECU PINOUT * 113 - Yellow wire: VTC Solenoid Valve

Sorry for the confusion. I actually need the pin out for the whole ecu. Mainly where the powers and earths to the ECU go. I put VCT in the subject as there might be a difference between VCT and non VCT. Thanks for the help tho!

I currently don't have an ECU for the vehicle. I need ECU and AFM to get it running. I might see if there are any part numbers on the wiring loom and see what engine i have. I would Assume it would be a manual however in the wonderful world of automotive it could be anything.

Do you have the factory engine wiring harness? Does it have an ECU connector 64-pin or 84-pin?

S14 jdm SR20DE use MAF sensor instead of an AFM * 22680-52F00 MASS AIR FLOW -9505 * 22680-52F01 MASS AIR FLOW 9505-
same as * S13.SR20DE+DET 9101- * RS13.SR20DET * S15.SR20DE
But that's only for the factory ECU. If you go with Haltech, MegaSquirt, etc you can use AFM or MAP/TPS instead

Yes still have the factory loom.
As much as I would love to, I am refraining from splurging and buying an aftermarket ecu as I know how cheap factory ones can be.
Will check the loom plug next time I am in the workshop.
Thanks for all the help.
