I've got the option to make my Simmons F90's 8 inches in the rear but not sure if they will fit in the stock wheel well. Ive measured it up and it will be bloody close but wanted to know if anyone has tried it?

I'm unsure of the offset, guessing around +25mm, but I know that can't be any less positive otherwise the inner rim will hit the tub.

Should fit . You'd have to measure the offset perfectly (not hard to do), roll the lip and possibly do a little stretch with 195's ?

i used to run 6.5s on the rear of mine. could definitely have gone a touch wider but i decided it wasnt worth it as i'd only be gaining
width inboard and not on the outer dish. these wheels were 2 inch outer 4.5 inner. the fronts were 2 inch outer and 3.5 inch inner and had
absolutely no scrub whatsoever... miss that ute

195's!! That would be a solid stretch. Was thinking of stretching 205's onto them. 8 inch rims have a minimum manufacture fit of 215 but the pretty much don't exist in low profile

I agree dd! Does look sweet! I'll measure up the wheels when I have them back together. Going off your pic my offset must be pretty close to 0 in the rear.

Is that fender rolled out or a fibreglass flare dd?

This is a 195 on an 8" rim - I would say a slight stretch ( dont even think you'd need lighter fluid )
Might be a different story once you get down to a 50 profile or less tyre
