QUESTION: Can B310 bumpers be used on B110? Or on a 1200 rear?


There are basically two kinds of bumpers for B310
1. old fashioned all-metal bumper (classic)
2. beam bumper

All metal (one piece), used all years by Sedan, Coupe, Van. On both early and late B310. Thin steel pressing, chrome plated. Most common type

2. Channel type bumper bar with rubber sides (three pieces). Used in all countries and the only type used in North America

Early B310 bumpers are one-piece all-chrome bumpers
* H85 DX plain
* H89 GL/GX with rubber end-covers. Also longer brackets with a sight-shield to fill the gap between body & bumper

The H89 differs by have 4 more holes in order to bolt on the rubber covers
