yeah. your right.
what i was trying to say was i hate the loud noise in that rpm but never mind....

Run it. I know what you're saying about noisy, my diff howls real good. I just turn the radio up. Maybe someday it'll shred itself, but until then I'm not going to worry about it.

i ain't talking about the diff....
i'm talking about engine noise,exaust noise/sound.......
i never had the diff bother me...
you know..when you have a loud exaust..
i'm not saying i am going to switch back to stock exaust but.......
by the way which type of exaust sounds good on the L20B but not to loud??????????

AGAIN.
i am going to leave my stock 4 speed transmision
on my 72 datsun 620 that has a L20B...
i got a 4.11 rearend right now.
for a race application what size gear should i put?????i was thinking a taller gear???what should i put and why?
