These things show up on ebay all the time at prices as low as $5. There were three on offer last Sunday if i remember rightly.

I just bought my third [diferent] factory B10 manual there about a week or so back & it went for less than $15
This ebay link may help.

Edit. As at this moment there are still three manuals on offer.
