Does anyone know if the 200B came with a 5spd and if so would it go into a 120Y?

Thanks mate just wondering as ive found one for sale but i only want a 5spd and not the engine thanks anyway.

The Datsun 200B SSS came with a dogleg pattern overdrive gearbox, but series 1 & 2, model 910 Bluebirds also had one in a regular shift pattern that will be much easier to find. None of the transmisions will bolt to an A series engine & they are significantly longer, so even if you got one in, the gear lever inteferes with the handbrake function in most cases when it is used on the back of an L series instalation.
