As L18 b110 said get some good shocks if you can afford it use koni adjustables there a reasonable price. & make sure all you bushes are good. It shouldnt matter what bushes you use new rubber bushes wont give you any trouble but ware out a bit quiker

Talk to your local spring shop there are a few ways to treat axle tramp and they will be able to fix it for you.

This is what I did and mine bounced like a bastard.

All fixed now.

You might want to try some traction bars.. My old Datsun P/U had the same problem and after replacing the shocks and getting only a bit better I put traction bars on and the bouncing stopped. They are fairly cheap and come with either bottom mount or top mount. I used the bottom mout type but wouldnt reccomend them as you lose a few inches of ground clearance.

In my dato, ive got the exact same problem, really aggressive rear end bouncing as soon as u loose traction. Sounds like u guys have got some good ideas comming from past experisnces, sounds like a good idea to give it a go, ill let yas know the outcome of it when i get my licence back(in 6 months )
