hey all,
i came across a 1200 sedan today, only one previous owner an old guy who painted it with house paint. its pretty damn straight and runs and there is barely any rust at all.
it is $450 AUS is it worth buying?
is it easy to remove house paint?
how much would it cost me and what methods should i use to remove the paint????
- i need help really fast as i dont think the car will be there for much longer...
-cheers!

Buy it for sure , just cut & polish it , "shell be right mate"

House paint even if its enamel should come off real easy and if he used water based paint will be even easier to take off.

I prefur to use paint striper in stead of sanding it all off because of the dust etc but useing striper of course costs a lot more.

my 2 cents worth.
