ok guys ive got my a15 now and ive found a broken piston skirt, so im gonna have to buy new ones for s/c a15, my theory is im gonna need a new set or at least one so i might as well buy some oversized ones and get the engine bored to suit.now wat i need to know is if a engine builder say jts performance is able to put in o/s pistons for an a15? and if so how much do ppl think this will cost me. thanks

i was qouted between 8-900 dollars for a rebuild kit, they get the block and bore clean and dip and you get all the parts including pistons which they put on the rods but you get everything to build it.

I pulled down an a15 and found a broken skirt too.

sorry should also add that i just want to buy the parts and get the bores done i will build it all myself.not paying ppl to assemble when i can do it myself.

well here in NZ, its about $350 for o/s pistons with rings and I think from memory $25 dollars a Cyl to bore
