Thanks for telling us. It sounds cool.

Any way you can capture a wave/MP3 file of it running?

I'm happy for you!

Chris

Congratulations. I'm glad you got it running at last.
Now, when you put a bit of milage under it's tyres, perhaps you can tell us which of the points & speculations that were raised in "THE GREAT DEBATE" are proven to be correct.

I, for one, am looking foward to that with great interest as i had my own views, but did not have the conviction [courage] to espouse them, & i am dying to know just how right or wrong i was.

"THE GREAT DEBATE"

what part of that are you reffering too?

it makes max boost before 2500rpm, holds max boost from then on to whateva i rev too, and definately dont feel any surging

and max boost isnt a problem for i have no way to get less than 8psi boost without creating a leak in the system basically, im worried that when i fix the exhaust leak ill get more boost and wont be able to turn it down, i put a tap in to give adjustable boost, but the tap is fully open for mimimum boost and it still makes 8psi

i'm going to cry........

the exhaust leak is between manifold and head on number one, which means it all has to be pulled apart to change the gasket, and why did it leak, i dont know???

i did have problem with leaking there with the old extractors, does this mean the heads probably not straight, can i fix it with a special gasket?

maby you could put two gaskets in there instead of one, or get a real good quality one.
As for the boost if you put the adjustable pushrods on the actuators in you should be able to screw them out (make the rods longer) and that will drop the boost
