My brakes for some stupid reason are making a sort of creaking sound or a loud click. Sometimes it happens a couple of times if i press hard enough. Any suggestions as to why they might be doing this?

Maybe your drums are scored or your brake shoes are worn?? You shouldn't have gotten rid of those stanza brakes :)

Mikali Is it making the noise with the front or rear brakes?? I would be pulling your rims off and making sure everything is tight ect. You dont want brakes failing. How does the pedal feel??
Its a shame you sold all the good stuff you had. You wouldnt buy any chance still have some of that spare wiring loom as im a few connectors short for my new loom im doing. I migth have to go to Jap wreckers and get soem bits and peices.
Cheers Andrew

Yeh should have used them on this setup. They were taking up space had to get rid of them though.

Its definately the front brakes. I have adjusted the rear shoes and they have almost full meat left so it aint them. They were not adjusted properly though. Wheel nuts are all tight, might need to check the rest though.

Sorry Andrew dont have anything left at all. Yeh its too bad i sold it all but its only money and time right:P Plenty of that left in my lifetime.

Cheers
