New Rubber pedal pads will cost about $3.50 where did you move your battery to? if you are running a 32/36 webber get a air filter from a escort or cortina. DD gonzal can probably help with a picture of the seats?
plug the PCV valve into something that looks kinda right.
why is the pedal missing? or is it just the pad?

$830! Wow...what a rort.
Makes a $400 Engineers certificate look like a bargain.
Can you take photos of the offending parts that you need a fix for?
My Sympathy goes out to you. Chris

umm photos dont really need em, just my weber 32/36 has a rally airfilter, i need to put on a std aircleaner, and the other defect was that the hose runing from pc valve wasnt connected to the air filter. all the other bits were petty, just need to fix that and the exhaust and take it to epa to get it back on the road.

What were the circumstances that brought you to the attention of the police, or the registration nazis in the first place? You weren't doing something a little bit silly in the wrong place at the wrong time were you?
