I figure you are in Australia.

And your language and userid confirms that you are 30.

I would expect if it's not noisy and leaking oil everywhere, then AU$100-$250 max.

Especially when B&W Skyline 28 spline diffs with discs are available for $80, and $100-$900 to convert it for Datto use. Depends whether you can/want to do it yourself.
