I was wondering if the Datsun 1200 bumpers would bolt up to my car 1980 210. I was wondering since my 210 has some UGLY bumpers that stick out and make the car look like crap, I took them off to see what it looked like and it was pretty sweet looking but I have to have bumpers on my car. I want something sleek and lightweight.

Nah mate - the 210 is wider than the 1200. You could lengthen the 1200 bumpers but that would be a big job. Australia and New Zealand Sunny's have the type of bumper you want. You would have them too but the Federal crash regs landed you with those 5mph bumpers. I reckon a 510's bumpers would be worth a trial fit - over all car width would be about the same - and there are more 510 parts available than 1200's.
