Is there a way I can treat this rust without ripping the body apart? It'd be nice if there were an expandable foam that did this job but such a product doesn't exist right?

I use a rust doctor. It connects to the battery and your body. Sends electrodes thru the body so it slows down the rust but dosnt stop it.
