He guys. Need some help. I was driving my 210 the other day and it was fine. Then the next day I was warming it up in the morning and it felt like it wanted to turn off because of lack of gas or something. What could it be? My A15 has a Weber carb on it.

stuck float? maybe a plugged jet. it seems like those carbs need a real fine filter to keep debris out.

So it was spitting back while it was still cold. Can you confirm that the choke/ enrichment device was functioning correctly?
Was it still doing the same thing when fully warmed up?
What type of Weber carb do you have, side draught or downdraught?

Lets identify the actual cause of the problem before drawing up a parts list.

EDIT
You write in your profile
"Hi, I am ....... the proud owner of a Datsun 210. I bought the car new for $1,000 ... etc. etc."

You bought a 'NEW' Datsun 210 [B310] for $1,000? Since you are now 18 years old & the 210 went out of production about 24 years ago or so, I say you have bought the bargain of the decade. Congratulations.

First off, the Weber carb is a downdraught type.

Second, it continues to do it after it warms up, but it is only when you start to excelerate when it satrts spiting then stops after a while.

Third, where is the choke/enrichment device located on the carb.

And Fourth, you may say its the bargin of the decade but I am for real, the car is new. From the paint and its straight body, to its A15 motor and 3 speed automatic transmisson. One look at the car and it takes you back to an era were this car was the bomb and everyone would love to drive it. From grandma's and grandpa's that would take a stroll on Sundays in it to those selected few who got to drive the race versions. All the Datsuns in the world are special including mines and yours. Our car are like no other and no car manufactuer can better what these cars where about.
