All this talk of turbos and E15s reminded me of an old article on a Kiwi 1200 sedan I had tucked away. I have added it to the Kiwi race cars folder. It may answer a few questions
for you guys, and more than likely create a few more!

That's a sweet little turbo 1200 in the Kiwi Race Cars album, and almost exactly what I want to do to mine! So a decently built A series can hold 14 lbs of boost....hmmm. I thought it
was rather impressive that it runs 13.7 in the quarter mile with 180 hp! My goal is to get into the 13's, but it should be easier with the A15 and a beefier built engine. That's just
what I needed to see for some encouragement. Thanks for posting it!

I figured it was you! Not man enough to admit that you've fallen for twelvie power?! Come on now - fess up to the great sales job I did on you. You know 1200's have more
going for them than Skylines! No poor little rich boys here - just honest folk who appreciate getting their hands dirty. Pushrod da power!!

Hello Datsohollics/1200 fanatics,

Ahh hem....it's not always "pushrod power"...sometimes, it's armature power! As far as getting one's hands dirty, with an electric 1200, gone is the transmission fluid, engine oil,
exhaust rust and grime, antifreeze, dirty oil filters, etc....they're all gone. Now, we 'could' talk about zorched connectors, melted cables, blown batteries, and copper snot.....oh
well, that's another story

See Ya......John Wayland
