hey all got a twin sub box suited for two 12'' subs...its in the back of my ute atm and fits great! its carpeted in black marine carpet....cost me $170...i will sell for $100

what are two 12"s like in a ute? I would have though that they would almost shake the poor 1200 to bits.

duno as i only sat the box in...it was out of me mates commo...he had it goin n sounded mad...i aint a fan of subs but i gota admit with a sweet head unit,amp and air tight box it did sound mad as...also u could cut it in half then have two single 12''s

my ute runs 2x 12 inch subs and well i have hearing losse in one ear so yea 2 x 12inch is way too loud for a 1200 ute but thats the way i like it lol

Hey Perthute, are they sealed or ported? Did you put anything in to stop people stealing them out of the tray? I'm putting a sub in at the moment and am trying to port it from the tray into the cabin via a pipe that comes out between the seats. It's in my daily though because I thought my sub would be too loud for my coupe.

hey man yea thers two 3 inch pipes going from the sub box to the cab
hears a pic look between the seats


and heres the sub box ( no way anyone could steal it :) its a fake tool box

nar no prob i dun mine....wouldnt those slimeline pioneer subs be sweet under seats with 6x9s behind seats?...i anit a fan of cutting firewalls old man wouldnt let mi neways i got lyk the best pioneer headunit on the market and 6's in the kick panels...really neat and no rattle...i am putting 6x9s behind seats soon...done a trail...alsome bass,sounds lyk a home theater...thorts?
