well im doing the datsun 1200 ute conversion with the ca18det and it has 130kw at the flywheel (claimed) but ive hurd of people putting the stock ca powered silvia on the dyno and it only producing about 100 rwkw
as far as mods go after u start touching the boost in a stock engine its the fuel pump and injectors will need doing first ( and maby a thicker gasket ) but with out the gasket ive seen people run 15psi with only the fuel pump and a slighty better pair of injectors ... but i really woulnt run it like that for extened periods he said hes pushing it becuase we were at the strip

ps he ran a
14.1 with a deasont reaction time

you got pics of your setup lethal_john. sounds interesting.

mine is a fully rebuilt ca18det. forged internals. gtr injectors, microtech lt-10s with ignition module. t28 turbo. aftermarket exhaust manifold. intercooler. 3inch stainless zorst. and other #### i cant think of.. runs 214rwhp with coils failing at round 4g. where the power is. so waitin on some splitfires. theyre estimating around 250-260rwhp. not sure on kw. but makes a bulk load of torque. more than a worked sr that was in the shop on the same day

sorry don't have any pics yet haven't even got the car to put the motor in lol im goin to get it on the weekend, but i nearly finished building my motor can prob get some pics of that.

turbo cost me $200 lol so i thought i'd give it a go and if it didn't go alright i was just gonna go get a disco potato.

my mate has got a forgies (not sure), microtech, intercooler, bosch coils and everything else is standard i think might have an sr20 turbo but it makes 185rwkw (240hp) on 12 pound i think he said

edit - think the turbo i got is t3/t4 or somethen, cheap anyway
