When searching, remember that "S13 brakes" came in four different sizes. The 250 is the smallest of the four S13 brake sizes

Do you know if my 13"minilite 6" with ET+12 wheels, with 250mm S13 brake calipes and rotors will be ok? If not with a litle brake caliper cut resolve the situation?

Yes my brackets fit 250mm s13 ca18det calipers to 1200 or 120y struts.
I can supply both calipers and brackets but postage from Australia will be expensive

In Europe i cant find anything, here s13 brake calipers are rare we have only bigger brakes discs

Can i use s13 Left Brake caliper and Right Brake Caliper from a car LHD to RHD? and vice versa
