auto to man question

hi my car was an auto at some stage in its life, who eva i got the car from or who they did set the motor and gearbox up sh1t, need to no how ppl go about mountin a 56a box to an auto tunnel
i am putting in a late x member just need help with the gear xmamber

think usually you just have to make up a custom gearbox crossmember to adapt the maunal gearbox mounts to the auto tunnel mounts

or you could weld manual mounts into the auto tunnel, then you would just need to make the crossmember wider

custom crossmember is the easiest way.

if you can weld, or know someone who can then your set!

i just used some angle across the auto mounts, (or you could use the auto crossmember) then a brace welded from that to a standard 4spd crossmember which is bolted to the box. (i think i just trimmed it down a bit)

not hard to do at all.
