yeah andy the jack goes there, utes adn wagons have it as their spare wheels are underneath the car and theres nowhere for the jack back there
think i'll use it as a fire extinguisher holder instead

well yeah a bit more welding is being done...welding up the millions of holes that have been drilled all over the place, someone clearly has a drill fetish
also found some bog on the inside of the car, dont know how it got so many freaking dents in it all over the place. but its lucky a previous owner also had a bog fetish

so now ive got the fun job of sanding all the crappy black paint on the inside of the car, looks like it will be nearly bare metal inside and out

well had a nice fun friday night of sitting inside the rear wheel arch grinding back welds...there not really enough room in a 1200 wheel arch for me and a grinder to share comfortably. but it did all get done

sanded back some of the interior, decided to bare metal all the spots you will see inside the car also

then when i was wire buffing all the bog out of the under side of the drivers side wheel arch(coz bogging untreated metal inside a wheel arch is smart) i found a rust hole in the plate that cover the back of that sill...so cut that out and have to plate it over again also

atleast now ive got about half as many double panels in the car than what it had stock lol

nah with the extra welds and healthy metal(or just metal in general) it will be heavier than before

not that theres really going to be much light weight about it once its done

onto my 3rd can of killrust fishoil already just on the sills and front gutter and that rear panel bit, and onto my 3rd can of kill rust paint and only used it on those same bits

so those 3 bits are well and truely sealed, will go over all the chassis rails and other holes under the car once its painted and rego'd and i get it up on the hoist

and yeah mik, those welds there are my ones
