R200 is what r33s run. but yeah R200 is the plan.

22psi is the aim Nick, but as of a couple of weekends ago it has 170rwkw on 11psi. so dont think i'll need 22psi to get the power i want. And Simon wants me to run E85 if i go 22psi

So, the Haltech is in a running now. So i have a couple of update pics

New loom, completely built from scratch. All new wires and plugs apart from the CAS wiring

Whole loom is covered in conduit and then taped up, all small wires have rubber conduit and then heat shrinked ends

And all complete on the engine.

Dash all hooked up, postition just mocked up. Initial driving was done with it just taped to the steering column.

Also replaced all the cooler piping before the dyno run. have had issues with the cooler piping blowing off due to the pipes just having straight ends. Could just just welded some beads onto the ends of the existing piping, but it looked like #OOPS# so i thought i'd do it again.

Old stuff

Also got rid of the AFM, so now there is a straight 3 inch path to the turbo, no 1.5 inch restriction. Makes the dosing and blow off valve sound heaps different (yes it does both depending on how fast you get off the throttle)

The car went on the dyno a couple of weeks ago for the initial tune. Everything as going well. did the basic fuel and ignition tables, nothing really exciting as we were just getting the basic value there, not chasing power. Car made 170rwkw on 11psi, so just over the power it had on the standard tuned ECU but on 3psi less boost.
After that we started running into issues, car was leaning off in the top end, tuned out it was loosing fuel pressure at high revs. We then spent the next 5-6 hours testing the fuel system and trying o figure out what was wrong. Everything was working as it should but we weren't getting enough pressure even with the return clamped off.

So we gave up and i went about fixing the issues through the week. First up was the fuel pump, we figured it was the cause as it was making some funky noises when running, even though it worked fine out of the car. It was a walbro 255LPH pump, decided that if i was going to buy another pump i might as well do it right. So i bought a new Walbro 416 LPH E85 compatible intake pump, pretty much the biggest intank pump around. While i was replacing that i also thought i'd get rid of the swirl pot that has never really worked and replace it with a sump of the fuel tank. Also replaced all the fuel pump wiring and moved the relay to the back of the car.

And then last weekend i went on a bit of a cruise for a mates birthday up through the marysville area. Some pretty serious cars came along, lots of drifters in their drift cars, the chick whose birthday it was in her 300kw GTR.
They were all pretty impressed with how the old wagon performed, and i got a nice close view of the back of an R34 Vspec for a while and then an even closer look at the back of the R32...so much so that i had to back off a bit to let some air into the radiator
Was the first time i've actually been able to drive the car like its been built to, and it didnt let me down

Oh and i also figured out what was wrong with the fuel system....the fuel filter
