Hi - does anyone know if it's possible to get new idler arm bushings or housings with the plastic bushing? Mine moves up and down when I move the left hand wheel from side to side. I've tightened up the nut so it has to be the bushing. Will a 120y one fit? thanks justin

I am not sure if they are still available new but they are really easy to make. Find a tame engineering outfit over there and get them to machine some out of a plastic material called Delrin(it is a brand name) don't use nylon as it wears rapidly, Delrin is self lubricating. If you get really stuck I could make some for you.

My idler arm bushes disintegrated and fell out at a rallycross event, I bolted down to Repco and got some Nolathane polyurethane bushes right off the shelf. The 1200 bushes were not listed in the catalogue but the 120Y's do fit perfectly. Job done in 1/2 hour including the time it took to get the parts. It was a while ago now so don't quote me but I think the Part no. might be N41001... Isn't it sad when you can recall things like that- if only I could have remembered Biochem as easily!
