The head is in my garage in NZ waiting to be used.
Have never had it on a engine but a friend of mine who is on this forum flow benched for me with some good numbers.
It's a H89, both inlet (obviously) and exhaust ports have been raised with the inlet short turn radius increased a lot.

Raising the ports on both sides has to have some gains especially the short turn radius would definitely get more happening.

Jmac the cheap mani pic was just cause it made me laugh, it would suit a simple draw through turbo setup and could easily be ported as all the sides are welded so would have had good access if need be.
