Reflector? Can you post a photo. None of the B210s here have a reflector as far as I know but what does it look like?

do you mean a night view switch? Used on mirrors with a special low-reflective surface. Sometimes called a mirror dimmer.

B310 mirror has a flip-switch but doesn't mount the same. Might bolt on even so.

120Y and 1200 use the same style mirror, which mounts to the roof with two screws. They are interchangeable.

B210 GX models in Japan came with a Prismatic mirror, which should be a direct bolt-in.

The B310 mirror may also bolt in with a single screw. It pivots at the back of the mirror instead of in the base, so I think it would work. Maybe worth a try. GX models in Japan were Prismatic (day/night) as were most USA B310 mirrors.

just smash out the ball and socket on the mirror end and pop it in the 120Y holder, depending on how brittle the B310 mirror is.
