The D21 sold here are good reliable.

For $600 if it lasts a year that's good enough.

If its in good running condition, buy it for $600 and sell it for $800 or more?
Commercial vehicles are usually in very high demand.

If you can get a 720 with an L20, easier to work on your self from my opinion.
I looked at similar options but went with an old falcon 6cyl.
Had other issues but runs sweet as now and fits a double matteress in rear

If they were no good surely it'd be dead by now wouldn't it?
For $600 who cares really, you can't even buy rego for a year
With $600 these days

I had a D21 Navara with Z24 and 5-speed. It only had 160,000klm on it and never let me down once. They are very reliable and are a great workhorse. For $600 I would definately grab it.

I've got a D21, z24 and 5spd.
They are a good thing, Z24 is a nice torquey motor, everything is good old basic Nissan.
No harder to work on than an L series.
Check it for rust, if it is solid and runs well you can't go wrong
