they dont lock (i.e. dont give understeer) so theres no reason for it to be illegal

How does it behave compared with a std LSD?

Does it twin spin?

When you put one wheel on the gravel does the other one still power you out?

Or am I missing the point by being to slack to read the Mazda forum item.

nah there not much in the forum about it, i havent really tried that but in the wet it will step out like an lsd on launch, engine breaking it will lock both wheels and spin hard, and powering out of corners is similar to an lsd in the dry (if your really giving it stick)

it is just like an lsd, only prob i have had is when i have had an off into a ditch or something and one wheel is sitting in the air there is not enough pressure to drive the traction wheel (thats where the navigator gets out and jumps up and down on the back of the car) hehe

Phantom grip isnt a true LSD but it will work like one.

it all depends on the tension off the springs...you need to get the gear faces machined to fit the plates and springs
