Get a high-performance Nissan set.

Double-roller chain 13028-18001 -- NOT the low-performance 13028-18000.
Tensioner 13070-18001
Cam sprocket 13024-H8500
Crank sprocket 13021-H1000
For adjustable, use Pitroad or Tomei cam gear.

The last Rollmaster sets were not adjustable, they claimed it was made accurate.
