top radiator hose IT DONT FIT MAN

man i had to replace my top radiator hose and the hose that repco sold me says on it that its 70-72 1200, i thought it wou;d be alright cos i have a 73 coupe and it look basically the same, but i dont think that its entirerly the right one cos it dont seem to fit that well, does any one know if i should fit or shouldnt?

You can buy the universal radiator hoses that bend and flex to any position you want...very useful if you want to upgrade your radiator to a larger one eg:- TE/TF Gemini etc etc

I had problems like this with my 1000 wagon if the curve is pretty muchly ok maybe it's too long and just needs to be cut down to size, if the curve is wrong bend a bit of wire to the shape required and check it against others at the parts shop most places don't mind doing this.
