You can add rear disc brakes to H145 with a Australia-built R31 Skyline/Pintara setup. Fits over 13" steel wheels.
H145
It will also fit H150 as H145/H150 housing ends are the same.

Use a brake proportioning valve to set the balance. These are large rear brakes.

Holes re-drilled for H145 housing pattern
Fitted the calipers facing forward as you can then run the cables back and loop around and utilise the existing hand brake bracket and cabling on the diff.
