The standard CA exhaust manifold actually flows quite well and really only needs to be replaced if you are after power in excess of that required to go a blisteringly quick 10-second run (quicker than ANY stock Ferrari or Corvette). The owner of LOSTU did some testing a few years ago and posted his findings on performanceforums.com.
