Seat rails are two kinds: 1) Full adjustable fore-aft sliding 2) Non-sliding (truck passenger side).

Overview
Unbolt the rails from your seats and bolt them to the new seat.
Left side seat - Coupe & all USA (sedan & coupe)
Seat Slide (aka Seat Rail)

The seat rails bolt to the floor risers.

1200s from Oct 1989 have a Catalytic Convertor.
Passenger side rail is shaped differently to clear the Catalytic Convertor bulge in the floor
Truck
Truck driver's seat has an adjustable slide. The passenger seat is a fixed (non-adjustable) "seat riser" bracket.
