Seat runners are of two kinds: 1) Full adjustable fore-aft sliding 2) Non-sliding (truck passenger side).

Overview
Unbolt the rails from your seats and bolt them to the new seat.
H16 (sliding type) left seat
H10 fixed * All 4-doors * Truck
H16 Sliding * JDM Coupe * all USA (sedan & coupe)
Seat Slide (aka Seat Rail)
Dimensions - Bolt holes To floor
* Side to side: 15-11/16 inch
* Front to back: 12-3/16 inch

Interchange
All 1200 rails interchange:
- B110 (sedan/coupe/wagon) and B120 (Truck) rails interchange
- Sliding and fixed types interchange (with loss of functionality)
B210 seats and B310 seats will fit right into the B110. Just unbolt the rails from your seats and bolt them to the new seat.
* early B210 seats fit B110 directly * late B210 seats have a non-flat bottom
If you don't have the B110/B210 rails, you can adapt B310 slides:
Modifying B310 brackets to fit B110 chassis
ModifiedB110 rails may fit B10 (one-piece slide cut into two)
Location
The seat rails bolt to the floor risers.

Lowering
Converter Seats
1200s from Oct 1989 have a Catalytic Convertor. So do B210 1976-up (JDM and USA).
Passenger side rail is shaped differently to clear the Catalytic Convertor bulge in the floor
Truck
Truck driver's seat has an adjustable slide. The passenger seat is a fixed (non-adjustable) "seat riser" bracket.
